Smoothies are pretty tasty, although I feel they have a small menu. The staff never pays anyone much attention and just has a very; get in, get out attitude. Seems like the store could be cleaner too. I have never tried their food.

The short: good food and drinks but slightly overpriced. The full review: I had the buffalo chicken wrap and mango magic. My first bite of the wrap was a shot of buffalo sauce into my mouth. I think this was the person's error and she might have wrapped it in a way that a lot of the buffalo sauce ended up concentrated in one corner. Otherwise the wrap was good and it comes with a bag of chips or fruit (in our case, a banana.) I also had a bite of the Jamaican jerk wrap which was wonderful as well. But I think it was $7 for the wrap + chips/fruit! The food wasn't THAT good. I'm not sure where everyone is getting their comments on the smoothies but I've only been here once and I loved my mango magic. I didn't think it was heavy at all. It was very light and not overly sweetened. In my party, there were three people and we all had a different drink and the were several people also ordering drinks so I saw her make about 8 drinks. Not a single drink required her to "heave two to three giant scoops of sugar" into the drink. The scoop is much smaller than me creating a scoop with my own hand (yes, singular.) Yes, that may sound excessive, but that's food service which is why I rarely eat out unless I have to. Imagine how much salt/sugar they use to flavor things... And then the whole diabetes comment I'm not even going to start with.

I like Tropical Smoothie but really hate coming here. The girls are rude and constantly mess up the simplest of orders. I've been coming here less and less because of this and will no longer continue to bother after having to have a sandwich remade for the dozenth time.

Smoothie was as good as advertised...BUT...walk in an 3 employees hanging out at front counter on their cell phones one sitting on counter...then proceeds to make our smoothies while on his cell phone...disgusting since cell phones have as many or more germs than a toilet...seating area was clean except an advertising bar on the side was very dirty. Management needs a thorough training in this place....totally unacceptable...

I don't know if they just hired new people but the smoothie maker need better training. 2 out of 3 of the smoothies ordered today had too much ice making it flavorless. All 3 had big chunks of ice in them. In contrast the thai wrap was fabulous props to the sandwich maker!!!!

Great sandwiches. Smoothies are very good. Wish they used less ice. New management. Place is clean and staff is friendly.

I come to the Palm Beach Gardens location 2 to 3 times a week and always get a 'peanut paradise". They were very busy today and very unorganized. Myself and another customer were forgotten while other customers who came after us were being served. I mentioned it to the cashier, Latin girl with the turquoise shirt and was ignored. In a rush she makes it without bananas or peanut butter. It came out of the blender in chunks and half water down. I drove back and returned the shake because it was terrible. Some of the staff are very nice and made me another one. I feel like the new owner should know what's going.

Probably the best service out of the tropical smoothy stores I've been to and it's very convenient to our gym. The restaurant does have some healthy options but be smart when your ordering and ask for no added sugar.

One of the selling points for their smoothies is that they use turbinado sugar. They mean that in the most literal sense in that they heave two to three giant scoops of the brown cane sugar into each cup. I've never seen so much sugar put into a smoothie. Does Jamba Juice do the same, but with syrup? It was quite unappetizing to see. I got the Acai Berry Boost, but all I could think about was the sugar, sugar, and more sugar. It was too sweet. And that is how I contracted diabetes.

I am a huge fan of tropical smoothie however this location is horrible. The smoothies are inconsistent so I've stopped going to this location all together. They are very pricey and I've noticed recently that they have started sending out coupons and advertising a lot more... Long story short when I'm in the mood for a smoothie I avoid this location & travel out of my way to other locations...

I'm a big fan of Tropical Smoothie Cafe. With that said, this particular one was horrible. Stood waiting for about 10 mins before any of the many girls even spoke to me. My wrap was cold and the dressing was watery. Their soda machine also has something wrong with it because I thought I got Sprite, but it was seltzer. I'm sad this one is so bad, because most others I have been to are great.
